Ingredients

  • 2 parts Créme de Cassis
  • 2 parts Gin
  • 1 part Chartreuse
  • 5 parts Club Soda

Preparation

Shake all but the Club Soda with ice, then strain into highball glass, mixing evenly with Club Soda.

History

Created by Angille and Pickle in early 2008, this drink is supposed to taste like drinking the waterfall itself. It gives a woodsy, outdoors feeling coupled with the effervescence of rushing water.
