Standards

If possible, I'd like to have some standards set. Of course, I'll patrol the boards and make edits when things aren't quite kosher, but still. Basically, there are only a couple of types of pages so far. There're city pages and character pages. Please check the template pages for each before editing or creating these pages. Thanks!
